Services for general contractors General Contractors generally prefer to be building, not designing.  Designing is client intensive activity of planning, design, review and do the cycle again until you have something to work with.  Then the details need to be figured out and described (on paper) to the person scheduling the project, ordering materials and actually creating/assembly the pieces into a whole. This is where we come in.  Planning, Designing and describing (on paper) the new building (home, barn, workshop, outdoor spaces, etc.). We work with the owner/client and the GC (who is sometimes the client) to create a project that the client wants and the GC is comfortable building.(Cell_1)
